No one likes to take the time to put together the comprehensive information on a website, so this was a big task for our group. It is now completed and we are excited about the flow as well as the information provided. This is a much more user-friendly site so we expect to have information updated daily, which will provide our customers and friends with real-time information. Thanks for waiting!

We are pleased to announce that Alex Nocenti has officially joined our delivery team after completing his internship with us!

On January 2, 2007, Remote Operations Company relocated to a larger facility at 200 Packerland Drive, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Responding to a greater need for monitored security and ease of access for our clients, the move allowed us to improve services that are becoming more and more relevant in today’s marketplace. The new facility’s 500 square foot “vaulted” Data Center offers the highest level of server protection, while easier access to customers also gives our clients two major improvements: an extensive Disaster/Recovery program and easier remote access to Help Desk services.

Large enterprises, mid-sized and small businesses, now have the option to utilize ROC’s new facility as a central access point for IT support. ROC can now service 500-1500 desktops or laptops remotely versus the average 100-125 computers per IT tech that companies normally have to deal with on a typical day. The new headquarters allows for cheaper rates to high-end software, while providing exponentially more stability and security.

We’re so excited about this new location because it allows us to expand and grow, while only adding to our commitment to giving our customers the highest level of quality service.
