We started our company to be an MSP but we found we had the same problems as the large IT Departments. We needed to automate to gain control of our vast customer base. We manage over 4,000 nodes of varied locations across the U.S. with multi-types of technology and a vast amount of software, and yes, we need to be the experts. Quite the daunting task!
We knew we needed solutions and process to get things under control. We worked diligently until we hit upon what worked best for us. In doing so we knew this would translate really well to you and your departments. Our former enterprise customers kept asking us "what and how are you doing things?" Next thing we knew, we were back in the Enterprise Space.
We called our program "BLEND IT" and we realized that IT Teams are taxed to the hilt with no reprieve in site. So we created Blend IT to partner with the IT Team at various levels. What does that mean? Various levels? Great question, and one we do not have enough space in this webpage to explain. Besides, we would love to speak with you directly...sales, you know? We can say this, that we have been able to allow IT Teams to get control of day to day operations by helping them automate; we have given them momentum back on projects; and finally, we have given all parts accountability through reporting. By working with us we also help to create redundancy and add additional IT support on an 'as needed' basis.
